Being a research and development center and a volume production factory for IC advanced packaging, CASMEIT is committed to advanced packaging design, manufacturing, testing and various technical services.  The product portfolio and technical services currently include the following areas: bumping/ micro-bumping, wafer level chip scale packaging (WLCSP), fan out wafer level packaging (FOWLP), 3D packaging and system-in-package (SiP), etc., to provide volume production solutions for semiconductor designers and end users.
